Long Island and statewide event inquiries
Based in Farmingdale, Scoops welcomes inquiries throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties, New York City, Westchester and Rockland, the Hudson Valley and Catskills, Capital Region, Central New York, Finger Lakes, Western New York and North Country.
Service is subject to event-specific availability and logistics review. Travel, staffing, refrigeration, power and any accommodation needs are reviewed by location and included or itemized in your approved quote.
What goes into your event quote?
Your quote defines the ice cream service, agreed cup or serving allowance, menu, staffing, setup and service hours. Travel and any additional venue requirements are confirmed before you accept. Extra servings, additional hours and special requests need an agreed scope and price.
From inquiry to a reserved date
- Tell us your plans: send your date, location, guests or prepaid cups, service preference, hours and budget.
- Review your quote: we confirm availability, venue requirements and the event scope with you.
- Confirm your booking: your date is reserved after availability approval, accepted booking terms and receipt of the required deposit.
For the premium event package, the $500 non-refundable deposit is credited toward the total price. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event, under your accepted booking terms. An inquiry alone does not reserve a date.

Can the host prepay for guests?
Yes. Ask for an agreed number of cups or servings, or a host-paid service package with defined hours and a serving allowance.
Can we choose flavors and toppings?
We discuss flavor and topping choices for your service style, subject to availability. Tell us about dietary needs or allergies so we can review ingredients and handling before you book.
What does our venue need to provide?
Setup requirements depend on the service. We review space, access, suitable electrical power, refrigeration arrangements and outdoor weather plans before confirming. Planners and venues should also share their outside-vendor rules and required documents.
Does the price include statewide travel?
Travel is reviewed for your specific location and scope. Your approved quote states what is included and any additional charges.
